St. Jerome Church
On the place of the present day church, there was a church built before 15th century, but it burnt down in the Turkish Raid towards Vienna. The first church was probably wooden. Afterwards, counts Celjski built the church that lasted until the fire in 1738. Present-day church was built from 1738 until 1749. Parallel to the church, Pauline monastery was built. In the year 1761 bell towers were erected as well as chorus – place for the singers. Church is known for the two bell towers which is specific, since two bell-towers are usually built on cathedrals’. The blueprint of the church is almost identical to the famous basilica of St. Peter in Rome. The church is well known for fresco paintings in part of the shrine of Ivan Ranger „the Baptist“ from the 18th century.

Banfi castle
It is mentioned in13th century but built mostly in 18th century on hill Banfi with the viewpoint towards Štrigova. Legend about Croatian-Hungarian king Mathew Corvin and beautiful countess, daughter of count Bannfy of Lendava, tells that Mathew has built the castle as compensation for his absence because of royal business. Castle was in the care of Feštetići, lawyers Fernetović from Čakovec, Agromeđimurje and today it is owned by Žižek family.

Tkalec castle
Tkalec castle is a small residence not very far from Štrigova, built in 18th century in late-baroque style by Pauline order from Štrigova as summer mansion. Since the second half of the past century in was owned by family Zichy who grew vines. Today it is owned by Zlatko Počuća, who renewed vineyard equipment with press of large dimension where the year 1858. is carved.

Fodroczy-Dunay castle
Castle in Štrigova is in ruins today. It gave the sense of classicism from the age of Bidermayer with open entrance complex on four pillars and halfcircle doors and windows in front.
Some buildings still await their owners who would be willing to invest in renovation and gain in return priceless wealth of cultural heritage and pride of nobles long ago.
In the centre of Štrigova is a building of primary school built in 1913, when it was considered the most modern building in Austria-Hungary. Today in this building is the State archive.
