PINOT BLANC of Međimurje vineyards is a high quality white dry to half dry wine of light yellow color with greenish reflexes and pleasantly pronounced sort aroma. It contains from 10 to 13,5 vol. percentage of alcohol and from 6 to 8,5 g/l total acids. It goes well along with stronger, greasier and spicier dishes with white meat as well as fish specialties. Serving: 12ºC.
CHARDONNAY is a high quality white dry to half sweet wine of Međimurje vineyards. It is of yellow-green color, very specific sort bouquet and flavor marked with harmony, fullness, rich extract and delightful freshness. It has from 10,5 to 13 vol. percent of alcohol and from 6 to 9 g/l total acids. It goes well with luxurious dishes of white meat, noble freshwater and sea fish, and as half-sweet it can be served with dessert. Serving: 10-12 ºC.
GRAŠEVINA is a sort that with high quality white wines on Međimurje vineyards gives excellent results in production of predicate wines. It is of yellow-green color, good sort bouquet and appropriate freshness. The rest of sugar varies from dry to sweet wine. It contains from 10 to 13 vol. percentage of alcohol and from 5,5 to 9 g/l total acids. MOSLAVAC (ŠIPON) is quality white dry wine of yellow-green color, with well accented sort bouquet and refreshing and full flavor. Its alcohol strength goes from 10 to 12,5 vol. percentage of alcohol, and from 6,5 to 10 g/l total acids. Its freshness best fits to heavier dishes and you will not be wrong if with a glass of Moslavac you have a tasty bite of meat from “tiblica” – traditional pot. Serving: 10ºC
TRAMINER is high quality white dry to half-dry wine of Međimurje vineyards. It is of light-yellow color, very pronounced and pleasant sort bouquet and nice drinkability that resides on balance of alcohol and acids. It contains from 10,5 to 12,5 first ones and latter ones from 5 to 8,5 g/l. In dry variant it goes well with better dishes of white meat and noble fish, and accompanies well desserts, especially if it is richer with unfermented sugar. Serving: 10-12ºC.
SYLVANER GREEN is high-quality white dry to half-dry wine of Međimurje vineyards. It is of yellow-green color, pleasant and developed sort bouquet, rich and full flavor. It reaches from 10 to 13 vol. percentage of alcohol with appropriate acids. Elegance of this wine is best combined with dishes of noble fish, especially boiled trout. Serving: 12ºC.
MUSKADEL WHITE is high-quality white dry to half-dry wine on Međimurje vineyards. This rare Croatian wine is characterized by developed and intensive nutmeg bouquet, green-yellow color and interesting and harmonious flavor, in particular years with very marked freshness. It contains from 10,5 to 13 vol. percentage of alcohol and from to 10 g/l total acids. It is served with best dishes with dark meat and with mature, well fermented cheeses.
